Shipping policy
DVDs & Blu-rays:
DVDs & Blu-rays ship from Australia and usually in 7 business days or less – they ship with tracking via DHL eCommerce. On most occasions, international delivery from Australia takes approx 2-4 weeks to the USA and approx 4-6 weeks to most other countries.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery.
Items must be returned still unopened and unused.
Buyers must contact us first for a Return Authorisation.
The return shipping cost is at the Buyer’s expense.
A 10% restocking fee is deducted from refunds.
The original shipping charge is not refundable.
This policy applies to items returned by the Buyer and items returned to sender due to any delivery issue at the receiver’s end.
