Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

We are an online seller of DVD, Blu-rays, CDs, books and other miscellaneous items located in Cleveland Heights, Ohio and have been selling online for the past 21 years.

Shipment of items normally occurs within 1-2 days of your order and you will receive notice of that along with a tracking number you can use online to monitor the progress of your order.

Shipping policy

Please contact me within 14 days if there is a problem with the shipment.

If an exchange is OK’d, the buyer must return the item in same condition as received, postmarked, within one week of receipt.

Original shipping materials must be returned. Return S/H charges are to be borne by buyer except where return is due to seller’s error.

Items must be unopened in the original plastic wrap/factory sealed box.

Unless insured, items, which are lost or damaged in transit, will not qualify for an exchange or refund.

Generally, items returned will be for an exchange.

Occasionally, items do go out of stock or become sold out, under which conditions a refund would be given.
