Shipping policy
We recognize the importance of processing your order as fast as possible. We too, are consumers who buy things online and like to receive our orders right away. With this in mind we hustle to package and ship your order quickly so that you can get it ASAP. Delays to occur as I do have a 9-5 job and I’m the sole resource in my Bonanza store.
We do not make money on shipping; instead, we simply pass on the costs. We are adamantly opposed to packaging or handling charges.
We use UPS and the United States Postal Service for most ground and for all express shipping.
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. (unless of course we made a mistake).
