Shipping policy

TERMS OF SALE:

Sales are processed daily at the end of each day. We ship all of our items with TRACKING to ensure the safe delivery of your item and to allow you to see the status of your delivery time.
We prefer to ship our items as a package with “tracking”. This allows the buyer to track the shipment of their item as well as ensures the safe delivery of their item. The U.S. Postal Service changes their shipping rates during the first month of each calendar year. The USPS currently charges $5.00-$5.55 in 2024 for a package with tracking that weighs 1 ounce depending on the distance, which is their lowest rate for shipping a package with tracking. The shipping cost further increases as the weight and distance increases. We hope this helps you understand our shipping policy and cost.

We do offer refunds ONLY 30 days after purchase; however, our refund policy is that we will issue a full refund of the sales price amount only upon return of the item in the same condition that it was sent (i.e. unopened, unbroken, and still sealed in its original wrapping) and only if the item was not accurately described. We recommend that the buyer returns the item with tracking to ensure proper return as we are not responsible for undelivered returns. Buyer will pay for return shipping charges. We welcome all bidders in good standing, but we highly recommend for all buyers to please read all of the other terms and ask any questions that you may have before making a purchase on any of our items. We will be happy to answer any and all of your questions.

PAYMENT TERMS:

We accept Paypal for making payments. The faster the cleared payment is received, the faster the items are shipped to you. We do offer a “Shipping Discount”; however, in order to receive a shipping discount, buyer must comply with the “Shipping Discount” terms (see Shipping Discount Terms below).

SHIPMENT COSTS AND TERMS:

We pride ourselves on prompt shipment usually 1-2 days after cleared payment is received and the buyer’s shipping addresses on their Bonanza account and Paypal account are the same. If they don’t match, then we will have to email the buyer to find out which shipping address is correct which will cause a delay in the shipment of the item. We would like to mention that WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO SHIP ITEMS TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. We also take great care in the packaging of our items to ensure safe delivery. Shipping and handling charges include all of the shipping and handling costs to provide you with the best possible shipping service. We strive to provide you with prompt shipment, safe packaging, and proper shipment to your shipping address. The shipping and handling charges also allow us to provide our buyers with low prices for our items. To ensure proper shipping, buyer must make sure that their Bonanza shipping address is in agreement with their Paypal shipping address. A shipping discount is available only if the buyer complies with the “Shipping Discount” terms.

SHIPPING DISCOUNT TERMS:

We do offer a Shipping Discount. The buyer can receive a shipping discount for combining the shipment of all of the buyer’s purchases if the buyer makes ONE SINGLE payment for all of the items purchased. The discount should automatically be deducted after the order is made. If it is not automatically given, then we can prepare an invoice to give the buyer the applicable discount. Most of our items will only require an additional shipping charge of $1.00, which includes doubloons, postcards, and brochures. However, we do not have any shipping discounts for flat rate boxes and envelopes as the buyer will pay for the actual shipping charges for each flat rate box or envelope purchased. If the item does not fall in any of these categories, then please ask before purchasing and we will tell you the applicable discount for that item. In addition, we can possibly offer further shipping discounts if more than 3 items are purchased depending on which items are purchased. Again, the buyer must pay for all of the items in the combined shipment in ONE single payment to Paypal if buyer wants to receive the shipping discount. Buyer must comply with all of these terms to receive the shipping discount. Please feel free to ask us about the shipping discount before you purchase any item and we will be happy to assist you.
