Shipping policy

All packages will be shipped to your PAYPAL address, Please make sure it is Correct. If you wish your items to be sent to a Different Address, Please Be Sure to Contact Me.

Delivery normally takes 10-15 business days dependent upon the Customs and the Postal Service in Destination Countries.

Buyers are responsible for any Customs and Import Taxes that may apply in their country.

Return policy

EXCHANGE DETAILS

I will accept exchange only if the product is defective (due to craftsmanship, also I guarantee all of my jewelry to be free of any defect) and I am notified within 3 days of receipt of the product. You must notify me in advance of your exchange and receive an email confirmation. I must receive the product back within 7 days of notification of intent to return.

Buyers are responsible for Return Postage Costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and may not be possible for an exchange.

Custom and Personalised orders:

We accept custom orders so you can contact us for discussing your idea and we would love to create personalised jewelry. The orders dispatch time will differ accordingly.

Care instructions:

Delicate Gemstone jewelry is extremely elegant and lovely but it does require more care. It’s recommended that you keep your piece out of the shower, tub, swimming pool etc.

Don’t wear delicate jewelry to bed as this puts extra stress on fine wires and links. Opals, emeralds and many other gems are fragile and require care when wearing and cleaning them.

Opals and emeralds are porous and will soak up fluids ruining the look and shine of your gem. Keep them out of water and other fluids.

Cleaning is best done with a simple soft cloth and no detergents as exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals like bleach can ruin metals and gems.
