Shipping policy

*We ship only to the lower 48 contiguous states in the U.S.A.
*We CANNOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/ PO Box addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico or Internationally.
*We do not provide local pick up
*We ship to the confirmed Paypal address ~ Not responsible for undeliverable addresses.
*Tracking Number will be provided.
*There are some shipments that may require a signature upon delivery.
*Most items ship the same day payment is received if payment is received before 4pm EST otherwise the item will ship the following business day.
Due to UPS & USPS Postal Service shipping items will not be shipped during holidays observed by UPS & US postal Service. Please keep in mind shipping time is calculated Mon-Fri only.
*Our standard shipping service is free; your order will be processed within 3-4 business days after your payment. Transit time varies from 2-5 business days
*We Reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time.
*Our prices are changing due to the offer and product demand in the market.
*Every item we sell comes to you, brand new, in a factory sealed box, with a full manufacturer’s warranty. So please keep your receipt.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

*We offer a 30 day return policy from checkout winning date.
*A tracking number is required for all returns. Please message us for return instructions. Items returned without a tracking number will not be processed.
*You must notify us you would like to return your item before the 30 days has passed. After we receive your item, we will process your refund within 3 working days. Please wait for your Authorization number.
*All items must be returned within 3 days after receiving your return instructions. Do NOT return the item before contacting us first.
*Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.

  • If something should arrive damaged, we will gladly send you replacements. Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via regular shipping. Express shipping is not offered on damaged item replacements.
    *If a product is returned for any other reason, original shipping costs are not refunded, even if the original order included free shipping (buyer assumes the responsibility return shipping fees)
  • 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Items need to be returned in the original package in order to get full refund.
  • Opened or used products may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 80% of the purchase price
  • Orders that are refused, undeliverable, or otherwise unable to reach the customer due to customer error may be charged return shipping in additional to the original shipping charges.
  • We inspects all product returned to its warehouses, and, if the item is found to not be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
  • You can expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of shipping your package back to us. In most cases you’ll receive a refund sooner.
  • We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed.
