Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Since opening in 1999, our mission has been to excel in excellent customer service and quality merchandise. Sure, we offer over 4,000 unique products at lowest wholesale prices possible, but that is only part of why our customers love us!

Shipping policy

Busy holiday seasons (such as Christmas, etc) may take slightly longer to ship. The actual shipping delivery time depends on destination & the shipping service. We only ship by either UPS ground or USPS Priority (our choice), and we ship from various warehouse locations. We will keep you informed of any known major shipping issues. We will post your tracking number to Paypal for easy tracking once your package is shipped.

FOOTWEAR NOTE: All footwear is “special-ordered” at time of purchase and can take anywhere up to three (3) weeks to handcraft and ship (depending on style and shoemaker’s workload). We do our best to complete all orders as soon as possible, but the “exact” shipping date varies per order.

Return policy

Replacement product available for DOAs

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than for manufacturer defects, or if we accidentally shipped you the wrong item or size ordered. Only “pre-authorized” returns will be accepted for an “exact item” replacement. No cash refunds.

If you have a manufacturing/defective issues, you must contact us within within 3 business days after receiving the item for return instructions and a RMA#. We may request photos as proof of such defect(s). Defective merchandise must be returned as instructed within seven (7) business days of receiving item, and in the same condition it was shipped to you. Include all the original packing and any notes you wish to include. They must be unworn, unwashed, and odor free (otherwise the replacement will not be authorized after we receive it). Any and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.

Sale/Clearance merchandise is not returnable whatsoever.

Manufacturing design or pantone changes occur from time to time. Although we contract for the specific colors, models, designs, etc., we have no control over minor variations (such as 3%-5% pantone color differences, etc.). We reserve the right to fulfill orders with merchandise of equivalent just as received from our suppliers.

Under no circumstance will we authorize a return due to faults of any UPS/USPS delivery delays, weather delays, International customs delays, customers not allowing enough time for when the item is needed (see shipping info), or any other circumstances that are beyond our personal control.

There are no refunds or exchanges for any “unauthorized”, “non-deliverable”, “unclaimed” “refused delivery” or “return to sender” returns (domestic or international).
