None: All purchases finalFABRICS: Metrohouse Designs sells only 100% FIRST QUALITY upholstery fabrics that have been hand inspected yard by yard utilizing quality control criteria substantially above the industry benchmark to be classified first quality.
Because the designer fabric has been pre-inspected for flaws and the fact that exact yardage is custom cut for each individual order we cannot accept returns unless the decorator fabric or Draperies are damaged during shipping.
We encourage our customers to order a sample cut for only $5.00 (includes shipping and handling) to make sure the discount fabric is right for your needs. If the drapery fabric you select has a large repeat we suggest you purchase one full yard as a sample to see the full pattern (one yard is enough to make two pillows!!!).
The sample allows you to experience the full range of colors and texture and see how it will actually look and feel in your home.
We HIGHLY recommend that you order a sample prior to purchase. While we make every artistic and technological effort to assure our online digital pictures accurately portray our designer fabrics your computer monitor or your home lighting environment may impact your visual interpretation of the decorator fabrics.
Miscellaneous details
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Metrohouse Designs. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping Time — New orders will take 1-10 business days to process and ship. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Metrohouse Designs or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Out-of-Stock Products:
We will ship your product as it becomes available, However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Special orders:
Out of stock fabrics can be special ordered directly from the mill house. A minimum will be required. Special order fabrics can not be returned unless there is some type of defect. Fabric will be replaced with the same pattern. There are no refunds.
Returns:
Metrohouse Designs will not accept ANY returns or exchanges after 30 days (determined from the date you received the merchandise) for ANY reason.
Pillow(s) or home decor items that have any damage can be returned within seven(7) days for an exchange (same,equal or less valued item pending inventory). Metrohouse Designs must be contacted on the day of product delivery.
Metrohouse Design’s high-quality designer pillows are sewn to last! Each order will be the size, color and material you see pictured and described in the respective listing, and will be free of any material defects. We inspect each pillow for defects prior to shipping. Authorization is required. All sales are final. If you do not agree, please do not use this web site.
Fabric:
Metrohouse Designs sells only 100% first quality designer fabric. Because each fabric has been pre-inspected for flaws and the fact that exact yardage is custom cut for each individual order we do not accept returns. If you do not agree, please do not use this web site.
Sample cuts are available on all fabrics for a nominal charge so you can be 100% sure the fabric meets your needs. We highly recommend you order a sample cut prior to purchase. Samples are $5.00 per piece plus shipping.

Multiple Product Orders:
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
