A husband and wife operated store offering the things we enjoy from beautiful personalized items, and many fun craft tools at great prices and fast shipping. We work very hard to provide the best possible support we can as fast as we can because we know communication is important.
Shipping policy
We provide free international shipping on all our items. Please understand that international shipping can be slower than expected at times due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping and customs are handled differently in each country which could add to further delay. Since this is international shipping there may be a customs fee or tax you will have to pay before you are able to pick up your item. We are not responsible for this additional fee. We do provide tracking numbers for all packages. If purchasing multiple items from us we may ship them in different packages due to warehouse locations of the items. All tracking numbers will be attached to you order. Due to how tracking numbers are displayed on the order page it may look like all have the same tracking. Be sure to check each item. Please contact us before opening a dispute. We are more than willing to work out a solution.
