Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your item. You can reach out to us via contact seller option..

Return Authorization: Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
