USPS Standard Mail – Standard US Shipping Method
Our standard delivery service is shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Generally 95% packages arrive within 3 to 6 business days after processing and shipping your order, this however can be delayed in some cases and may take longer, please allow up to 15 business days in rare cases. The majority of USPS Standard Mail packages are carefully packaged in padded bubble envelopes.
USPS Priority Mail – Expedited US Shipping Method
We offer customers the option of having their purchase delivered via USPS Priority Mail. This is a premium service available only to US domestic addresses. Generally packages arrive within 2 to 3 business days after shipping. The majority of Priority Mail packages are packaged in Priority Mail cardboard boxes or mailers. Please Note: Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service. 99% of the time packages do arrive within 2 to 3 business days. However, this is not a guaranteed time frame.
USPS First Class International Mail – Standard International Shipping Method (Non-Lithium).
Our standard international delivery service is via USPS First Class International Mail depending on the package. Generally 95% packages arrive within 3 to 4 weeks after processing and shipping your order. On rare occasions packages may be delayed due to customs delays once the package arrives in the destination country. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery in rare cases. All USPS International Mail packages are carefully packaged in padded bubble envelopes.
UPS Standard Ground – This is the only shipping method available for lithium battery orders shipped to Canada. UPS Standard Ground shipments to Canada will typically arrive within 7 to 14 days after processing and shipping your order. On rare occasions packages may be delayed due to customs delays once the package arrives in the destination country. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery in these rare cases. The buyer/receiver is responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or fees charged when the package arrives in their country.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason within the first 30 days please contact us to return your item for a purchase price refund or replacement.
Please note all returns must include an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to be returned. Failure to include an RMA# issued by us may result in your return not being processed correctly, or in a timely manner, or processed at all.
All products returned for a credit or refund that are not defective must be returned in brand new condition and must include the undamaged original manufacturer packing for a full purchase price refund. Otherwise a 10% restock fee may be applied.
All of the batteries that we sell have a 1 year replacement warranty from date of purchase and all of the cables that we sell have a 3 year replacement warranty from date of purchase.
