Shipping policy

All orders are carefully packaged and are delivered in discreet packaging directly to the address provided. We will provide you with the tracking information. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

International Buyers are solely responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Lulexy is not responsible for delays, damages or lost shipments due to customs.

Return policy

Lulexy Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it does not fit, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via email to [email protected] in the subject line please note “Returns Department ’’ for authorization. Once we have approved your return, we will request for you to ship the product back to us in its original state (no sign of wear or tear, use, misuse and must be in original condition). Once we receive the return item from our Returns Department we will inspect the returned product and either provide a replacement item, repair the original item or apply a refund via the original purchase method.

Warranty Policy: Lulexy stands behind our products. Our products have a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty free from defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty or damage from misuse, storing or treatment. For warranty coverage or to file a warranty claim, please email [email protected] include the product description, provide a copy of your sales receipt for proof of purchase and include photos of the damages you are claiming with a brief explanation. Allow 48 hours for one of our claims representatives to respond.

PLEASE NOTE: Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost and the loss of value in any product being lost or damaged during return shipping. To avoid additional charges or reduce refund, please pack the product you are returning in a durable box with packing material to prevent damage/further damage during return shipping.
