Shipping policy
All items will be shipped within 10-14 business days from time of purchase. We can only ship to the address provided during checkout. If you need your item shipped to an alternate address you must contact us prior to checkout to make alternate payment arrangements. Each individual item that exceed $150.00 at time of checkout will be insured for the final sale value. Any insurance fees will be added to the shipping and will automatically be added to your final invoice. We DO NOT make money on our shipping service so once your item ships and we pay less than you we will issue you a refund for the difference within 48 hours. From time to time we may list an item that must be shipped via a freight company, in this case the estimated cost will be included in the final sale cost but we will send you a final invoice with the exact amount for freight. If you are interested in an item that requires a freight charge please contact us with your shipping zip code to get a quote prior to submitting your bid.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysWe offer an unconditional 30 day money back return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund. You must contact us prior to returning an item for an RMA number. All return shipping fees will be paid by the buyer and must be in the original packaging. Once the item has been received and inspected we will issue a full refund. Please do not leave any negative feedback without contacting us first. Miscellaneous details
Although my background is in Finance and Entrepreneurship,, I did grow up around a good deal of art and frames, as well as, created some of the art. (This has aided greatly in deciding, piece by piece sometimes, what will look good on a customer’s wall.)
Several years ago I helped tear down a small shack on a friend’s property built in the 1920’s. Upon wondering what I could do with some of the wood, I decided to build a few frames and was surprised at the response from others.
I design and assemble these frames to last a lifetime (or two). As a consumer, I want to buy things that I know someone has cared about and that I know will last. As a designer, maker and strategist, I strive to create products that reflect how I see the world, my values, and they way I want to fit into the big picture.
