Shipping policy

What to Do If the Item Got Broken During Shipping?
If the item you ordered from our shop got broken during shipping, do not panic. All our packages are insured to protect your and our interests. You’ll get a full refund but we need your cooperation.

Once you found out the item is broken, please:

1. Take a picture of the broken item that clearly shows the damage.
2. Take a picture of the item in packing material and the box it was delivered in.
3. Take a picture of the shipping label that clearly shows your address.
4. Email those pictures to us ASAP.
5. DO NOT ship the broken item back.

As soon as we get all the necessary images, we’ll issue a full refund and you can keep the broken item if you wish to keep it.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or not delivered?
We usually ship USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance coverage.

If you did not get you package, let us know. We’ll contact the post office with a request to investigate. Please, verify your contact info (address, email, phone number) to provide it to the postmaster. Meanwhile, check with your relatives and neighbors for the missing package.

We’ll refund the total amount (price + shipping) in 60 days. The 2 month slack time is given to a post office to complete investigation and either deliver the package or officially acknowledge it as lost.

We are not responsible for stolen packages.
