What is this store’s return and exchange policy? Shipping policy: All items are shipped using Priority Mail via USPS. I will ship to your Etsy address or an address you choose with in 1-2 days after the order has been completed. Please make sure that the address you enter is correct. If their are any delays I will contact you immediately. Once your package has been posted, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss, delay or anything else that may occur during shipping. Shipping prices may vary. Refund Policy: All items are Final Sale. If you place a custom order or purchase a made to order item you will not receive a full refund once the item is started or already finished. Reason for this is because I do have to use materials and it takes time to sell these premade items. Also all items that are already shipped out will not receive a refund unless sent back the day of or the day after it has been received by the buyer due to the fact that it could have possibly been worn, this will also only be a partial refund due to materials so please make sure to only purchase items you want to actually keep and not lose money on. Refunds will be denied on all items returned after 1 day of buyer holding package, this means i will check the date on package once i receive it so please know if you are late you will not receive your refund. Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? Yes we take orders from all countries How long will it take to receive my order? Processing time takes about 1-4 weeks based on what orders have been placed. All premade orders will ship out 1-2 days after purchase. We only use priority mail unless it is upgraded to express. Priority usually takes 1-3 days Payment Policy All items must be paid in full or with a deposit before we start working on your order.
