Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

East of the Mississippi for orders Over $2,800.00 shipping is FREE*
East of the Mississippi for orders under $2,800.00 shipping is $200.00*

West of the Mississippi for orders Over $4,000.00 shipping is FREE*
West of the Mississippi for orders under $2,800.00 shipping is $400.00*

*All orders with Residential Delivery must have Lift Gate service. $75.00
A full size Tractor Trailer must be able to mobilize to your driveway where you can unload with 2 able bodied people without the use of a lift gate or delivery driver not have this $75 charge.

NO CANCELATIONS OR RETURNS.When unloading the product you need two able bodied individuals or a manned forklift, this does not include the driver. In most cases they will not help you unload the materials because it is not their responsibility. Failure to unload the product properly will most certainly lead to damage of the product and/or failure to deliver. ANY damage incurred to the product because of failure to unload the materials properly will be the sole responsibility of the customer/contractor.
4). If your shipment arrives damaged, you must first accept the damaged material. We will send you replacement parts for the damaged material. BEFORE SIGNING, you must inspect the freight for any damages and/ or shortages. IF YOU SUSPECT THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE SHIPMENT THE DRIVER MUST CALL INTO THE TERMINAL AND GIVE YOU A CLAIM NUMBER. ALSO, NOTE THE DAMAGE ON THE BILL OF LAIDING BEFORE YOU SIGN IT, If you see puncture marks, the corner of the boxes are smooched, or fork lift holes in the boxes these are signs there may be damaged materials inside. Failure to indicate damage on the bill of lading or receiving a CLAIM NUMBER at the time of delivery makes it impossible for us to make a claim against the shipping company. If damage occurs and you do not get a claim number from the driver before signing a clear bill of lading, then the damaged material becomes your responsibility and is beyond our control. When damage to the shipment has incurred it is at our discretion whether to send you whole new pieces, or send you the replacement parts with which you will and have to disassemble the product replace the damaged pieces with new ones. Since damage is an uncontrollable part of shipping, we cannot be held responsible if for lost time do to damaged materials. Most damage is minimal and is easily fixed that is why we ask that you not refuse the shipment. If you do refuse the shipment you will be held liable for the cost of material and the shipping there and back,collections costs and attorney fees.
