Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship from Honolulu, Hawaii, within 3 business days (most times 1 business day) of cleared payment.
To USA Addresses via USPS Air Mail with Online Tracking. Average delivery time 4 – 7+ business days.
To APO/FPO via USPS Air Mail. Average delivery time 7 – 21+ days depending on your location.
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee delivery time but promise to ship ASAP!
Free Complimentary Standard Gift Wrap and Special Note available upon request.
All personal items shipped as discreetly as possible.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Should delivery confirmation indicate the item was delivered any insurance claim of non-receipt will be null and void. If after 30 days the online delivery confirmation does not show item delivered, we will immediately refund the full amount paid to include shipping and handling, providing you submit a detailed email with the following: Order number, date of order, items ordered, date paid, how payment was submitted as well as a statement of “This order was not received”.
Please note: Due to current economic situation and various changes at the USPS within the USA, we are now shipping Monday through Friday. No shipping on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Thank you for your understanding.

COMBINED SHIPPING TO USA CUSTOMERS ONLY

Combined shipping available providing the items are able to fit in our packaging and adheres to the USPS required sizes.
You will be required to submit ONE COMBINED PAYMENT to qualify for combined shipping. We are unable to combine separate payments together for you so it is imperative that you make ONE COMBINED PAYMENT.
Shipping & handling fees may not be the exact amount of the postage stamp. Flat rate combined shipping specials listed are not combinable with other items as they are normally shipped in flat rate envelopes or boxes via USPS and additional items may not fit. For example; we are certainly able to add a sticker to the Flat rate combined shipping packaging available for our calendars but it would be impossible to add a brand new dining table to the same packaging! ;)

Many of our items are collectibles and hard to find.
We are not collectors or dealers so if your item needs extra special packaging, please email and let us know, however, additional costs may or may not apply.

RETURNS / REFUNDS FOR USA CUSTOMERS ONLY

We accept limited returns items within 14 days of the purchase date on MOST new, unopened, and completely intact merchandise. Items sold as is and as described, as pictured. We do NOT accept returns for any edible or expiry items, wearable items such as clothes, or items of a personal nature.

All returns require authorization from us within 03 days of delivery date with detailed description of reason for return as well as photos.
Refunds will be less original shipping charges and 20% restocking fee under normal circumstances.

Any shipping charges for returned items are NOT refunded unless there is an error on our part. Should there be an error in your order, please contact us immediately as we will gladly correct any errors on our part. We do not refund original shipping charges for any shipments that are returned to us for any reason. We will assume no responsibility for any item not delivered due to change of address, not picked up upon arrival, undeliverable, misdirected mail, moved, missing upon delivery or returned to us for any reason. Any shipment returned to us will incur additional reshipping charges.

Please DO feel free to contact us with any of your concerns as we are gladly willing to rectify any issues.

COLORS

We do our best to ensure that the photos of our items accurately reflect the actual color and description of the item. However, due to the differences in monitor and device settings (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc) there may be a slight difference in color between what is shown on the site and the final product.

CHILDREN

We do not sell products for purchase by or to children, but we do sell children’s products for purchase by adults only. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from anyone under age 18. If you are under 18, do not share personal information with us.
