All purchases of merchandise will ship within 2 business days and tracking info will be provided upon shipment.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsJERRO LLC warrants all merchandise advertised within our listings to be free from defects and are accurately described. Returns accepted only for defective or incorrectly described merchandise. Returns must be shipped back to us no later than 30 days after delivery of merchandise and must include all of the original product components and packaging. At our discretion an emailed photo of merchandise may be accepted in lieu of return of merchandise. Upon return and examination verifiably defective or incorrectly described merchandise returns will be refunded along with return shipping fees (standard or economy shipping rates only). If a replacement item is requested in lieu of a refund a replacement will be sent at our discretion if available. Non-verifiably defective and correctly described merchandise returned will not be refunded shipping (outbound and return) and up to a 20% restocking fee may be applied to the refund. Incomplete, faulty or unauthorized returns may be subject to a higher restocking fee at our discretion or may nullify any refund as determined appropriate by JERRO LLC.
