Miscellaneous details

Please communicate with us, we answer questions promptly, we are great sellers to work with, and take your business and time very seriously. Please reciprocate.
First of all, remember, we sell PRE-OWNED gently used items. They are not new. Some of our bags have never been used, however they are still classified as pre-owned.
We will ship to you after payment clears. No PO boxes please. You must have a registered fiscal address.
We normally ship same business day or the next morning, excluding Sundays and holidays. We normally ship expedited unless an item is over sized or too heavy to expedite.
We accept returns within the first 14 days, however the buyer (you) “normally” pays for return shipping, unless deemed otherwise.
If the merchandise is not as described in the listing, then, we will pay for the return shipping.
We will accept returns after the 14 day period and up until 30 days after initial purchase, however the goods have to be in the same condition as they were initially when we sent them to you. There is a 20% re-stocking fee after the 14 days.
Generally, no returns will be accepted after the 30 days, unless of course you have an extraordinary reason that would warrant a return.
