Delivery Information

1. Shipping Cost- Free Shipping Worldwide

Expedited Shipping takes 3-4 days to arrive DHL. (We cannot ship to P.O BOX Expedited shipping)

2. Shipping Providers- USPS,EMS,DHL,Fedex,UPS

3. Tracking Numbers- Are emailed once package has been shipped.

4. How do I estimate my delivery date- 3-10 business days when item has been listed shipped in your account.

6. Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?- In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. (Brazilian customers)- Our customers in Brazil have informed us that for international shipments, all individuals are supposed to state their “CPF” number on invoices and companies are required to include a “CNPJ” number. Therefore, if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure to provide the correct “CPF” or “CNPJ” number so your package can smoothly clear Customs.

Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. IROCKBAGS.com will not responsible for any shipping fees incurred. Please be advised Wholesale and Bulk orders are non-refundable. Expedited shipping cost is non-refundable

Products (excluding Clearance items) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.Bulk orders are not returnable

IROCKBAGS.com guarantees its products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement.
