Shipping policy
All items are sent via Australia Post. Please ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering to assist in quick dispatch and to avoid delays.
DOMESTIC AUSTRALIA – If you are not home at the time of delivery Australia Post will leave a card for you to collect your items at your local Post Office however at times cards can be lost or missed so you are able to keep track of your parcel and its journey with tracking that is uploaded to your order on dispatch.
Parcels are only held for a maximum of 10 days after which time it will be returned to sender. Please note that the buyer is responsible for a $10 RETURN TO SENDER fee if your parcel is not collected in time and it is returned.
Once your parcel has been dispatched tracking is uploaded to your order which allows your to track your parcel and delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
Tracking is uploaded to your order which allows you to track your parcel’s journey and when to expect delivery. All parcels are sent out of Australia by Australia Post. Once is clears our customs it will find the next available flight and be on its happy way to you. When it clears your customs it will then be passed on to your local postal network delivery carrier to take over and deliver your parcel.

Simply put your tracking number into your postal carrier’s website for up to date delivery information. Again all international orders are subject to above conditions and there are return to sender charges should you not collect your parcel.

CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES – It is illegal for any seller to be involved with the collection of any fees in your country pertaining to buying internationally so all customs fees & taxes are the responsibility of you, the buyer. There are NO refunds should you refuse delivery and your parcel is returned to sender for any reason.
SHIPPING COSTS – ALL parcels are shipped with FREE shipping so you will not be charged shipping costs on any transactions.
Return policy
Replacement product available within 30 daysReturns must arrive back in full resalable condition. Should your parcel arrived damaged in any way please submit photos of damage to enable it to be reported. A replacement will be sent out ASAP.
