Shipping policy
Media items are generally shipped via Media Mail. Some items may be upgraded to first class mail. Non-media items may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Orders often ship within 24 hours excluding Sundays.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsFor new items, a refund will be provided for return of unopened items less shipping costs. For used items, a refund will be provided for item returned in same condition less shipping costs and 10% restock fee. No returns are available for software unless unopened.
In the event an item is to be returned due to seller’s problem, seller will pay shipping costs
