Shipping policy

Items Ship From USA

- Handling time is 3-5 business working days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. Strictly NO COD’s.

- Estimate delivery is between 5 to 10 business working days.

- We ship to the lower 48 United States ONLY.

Item Ship From Outside USA

- We are using Economy Shipping (Free Shipping to USA; Charges apply to Other Countries).

- Handling time is 3-5 business working days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.

- Estimate delivery is between 11 to 23 business working days.

Your goods will be shipped with valid tracking number.

We cannot combine shipping & no local pickups.

We cannot ship to APO/FPO and PO boxes/Military Addresses.

Return policy

If you have any problem with the order, do contact us via ‘Contact the Seller’ button, we will be glad to assist you and resolve your problems as soon as possible. Items can be returned within 30 days in good condition. **

**Kindly keep the Original Packaging and Shipping Label within the return period.

**If return is necessary, Firstly: Snap photos of the item itself, condition of the original packaging (including any barcode) and the original shipping label; Secondly: Contact us via ‘Contact the Seller’ button and message us by attaching the photos.
