My name is Gillian and here is my Bonanza store.
Please look around my store there are lots of items on sale. We will help you shop smart and stay beautiful.

My store is privately owned. I work hard to make this site as convenient as possible for you, and I will work hard to maintain a high customer service as well, while keeping my prices low on every item sold.

Our cosmetic items are new, mostly overstock or shelf pulled. They may have stickers or scratches on the case or may not be sealed, but the items have never.

Please be aware that I am located in the Unites States. For some of you, this might be an international sale.

Please be advised of that and please add extra time for you packages to get to you.

Shipping policy

By ordering from Gillyb’s, you agree to the following terms.
I will try to get out all orders on the next business day of CLEARED payment.

I only ship to the address that PayPal has on file.

I am located in the United States.
For sales within the United States, all packages will have a delivery confirmation number on them which is part of your shipping and handling fee. This number will be emailed to you.

Insurance can be provided at a cost, please let us know if you would like to have insurance on your package.
I am not responsible for any item(s) damaged or lost during transit (if buyer opts for no insurance), but will do everything in my power to help you file mail fraud, contact post offices, etc…

For everybody outside the United States:
All International packages will carry a customs sticker with the “real” contents noted and the “actual” selling price.

International Buyers – Please Note:
International shipping is $12.00 for first item and $4 per item after that.
Canada is $6 for the first item and $3 for each item thereafter.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

All packages leave here with a third party insurance on them which is part of your shipping and handling fee.

I cannot track international shipments and although we mail promptly we cannot guarantee the arrival of your package within a specific time frame.

I DO NOT SHIP NAIL POLISHES outside North America – Sorry! I will cancel your order.

I do not refund if shipping charges were more than anticipated.

If, for any reason, a package returns back to me as undeliverable, no such address, or name unknown, the buyer would be responsible for reshipping of said package.

Return Policy and Procedure – please read carefully before submitting your order:

Due to the nature of the product, I do not offer any refunds concerning any of the cosmetics I sell.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return any non-cosmetic item, it is mandatory that you contact us by email first ([email protected]) – within 3 days of receiving your item. Please include your Order #, Name, Phone Number, and nature of the problem.
Any unauthorized returns that are received, will not be accepted.

A refund for the original purchase price shall be given if the item is returned exactly as how it was sent out. Refunds will be made through the method payment was received, i.e. PayPal, Google Checkout, etc. Refunds do not include any shipping charges.

As always, I recommend that you examine the accompanying photos carefully before buying. Since most of our cosmetic items are new, mostly overstock or shelf pulled. They may have stickers or scratches on the case or may not be sealed, but the items have never been used.

Due to variances among color computer monitors, browsers and my personal camera settings, the colors you see on your screen may not be the exact colors of the products. The colors you see should be considered close to the actual colors of the product.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact me and I would be more than happy to discuss your issues and do my best to resolve any problems or concerns you may have.
