Fro Butter is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
U.S SHIPPING
Fro Butter delivers all over the country.
Fro Butter orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Fro Butter will not will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
SHIPPING COSTS
Fro Butter offers free shipping for orders over $65 USD.
Shipping charges for orders under $65 USD will be calculated and shown at checkout.

From time to time, Fro Butter runs free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the checkout page.

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, so please only add (1) promotional item to your cart per order. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling cost unless otherwise stated in product description.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will be sent within 1 – 3 business days after purchase.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.
SHIPPING TIMES

SHIPMENT TRACKING
Fro Butter provide the tracking numbers, between 1 – 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.
DELAYS
Fro Butter is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Fro Butter is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Fro Butter will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Fro Butter recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Fro Butter is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Fro Butter makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
