Shipping policy

Shipping
Buyers are advised to contact us for shipping options and pricing before placing an order. All delivery times are based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. International orders may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which they are shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. If your order includes heavy items, oversized items, and/or multi-volume sets, you may be required to pay additional shipping costs. If additional costs are required, we will provide you with a shipping quote for approval prior to processing your order.

Returns & Refunds
Please note that all returns and refunds are subject to prior approval. If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your order, please us via email at [email protected] Monday through Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm. We are more than happy to answer further questions and resolve any issues. Expect your refund in the same form of payment used for your purchase 7-14 business days after we receive your return package.
