Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
1) Please allow 2 business days after payment is received to process your order shipping.
2) All goods guaranteed to be new and perfect working condition.
3) All tracking numbers and details will be sent directly to your registered email address.
4) We ship Monday through Friday and are closed on the weekends. If your order comes in over the weekend or late on Friday after our pickup, the earliest it will be shipped is Monday.
5) We will ship International shipments via normal air post, generally take 2 weeks but may take longer going through customs.
6) For express shipment, additional charge will be imposed. Please ask us for special quote.

Full refund available within 30 daysReturns Policy
1) If item arrives damaged. You must contact us within 24 hours via email.
2) Please provide detail pictures of damaged item.
3) Save all packing material and original boxes
4) Returns due to not liking the color, quality, shape etc. the customer may return any item(s) bought from us for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days of the item is delivered. All returns must be 100% complete, in an un-damage and an unused condition and along with the original boxes and packing materials included. Products with a broken manufacturer’s seal will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item(s) that does not meet these requirements.
5) If this item was shipped free of charge, the customer is responsible for whatever original cost that was incurred. Customer is also responsible for shipping and insurance for all return items.
6) If free item was given, customer must return the free item in non-used original condition as well.
