Please remember all special orders, custom orders and custom sized merchandise is non-returnable & non-exchangeable. These items have been custom made or custom sized for you and therefore are not returnable. Items marked as Final Sale or Special Sale are also non-returnable.

Ordering:
If you need an item right away contact us about expedited shipping. Most orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail (5 to 7 days) after receiving cleared payment, or after the item is received by us thru our manufacturer.
Item are usually shipped within 7 to 10 business days. There may be times items will ship to you directly from our distributors or manufacturer’s.

*We do not stock all of the items that we have for sale. Many are ordered at the time you place your order thru our distributors and manufacturer’s. There may be times when an item may be out of stock, and inventory can sometimes be beyond our control due to the popularity of some items. In that case, your money will be refunded, and we will contact you once that item is again available for purchase. Items at times may also be shipped directly to you thru our distributors or manufacturer’s.
