If you’ve heard of us from Etsy, you probably already know that we’re a bridal studio that offer accessories for your special occasion, from hair accessories to bridal gown and separates. Trying Bonanza is our big step to expand the customer list and we do hope to get the chance to offer Bonanza shoppers our services soon. Jewelry and Hair accessories will be shipped within 5 business days.
Custom bridal sleeves/veils/capes.jackets will be shipped within 1 month.
Others will be shipped within 10 business days, but usually sooner.

By placing an order, you agree to the shop policies and the following exceptions:
Return policy exceptions:
- Most of our items are not returnable, but we do offer this service for some particular products.
- You can check the return policy for a specific product on the product listing page (section under our shop name).
- If the product is stated as returnable, please provide us with the return reasons and proof within 5 days of delivery. Then we’ll form a case, and let you know if the return is granted.
- Not all reasons are eligible for return.
- The products must be in their original condition.
- For some unique items, we offer returns without any reason, as long as items are returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused). Make sure to contact us within the specified time window to know about your item’s return condition.
- For any returnable items which are less than $30, the return fee will be paid by us. For those from $30 up, customers will be provided with a return label, then the return fee will be deducted from the order refund.
- Refunds can only be processed after we receive and completely examine the returned items. It will take time so please be patient and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we finish the process.
