Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

1) All items are BRAND NEW and in their original boxes.
2) We will replace defective, damaged or wrong items at no cost whatsoever to the buyer. We must be notified within 30 Days! of any problems. We may ask for a digital picture of damage to larger items sent to [email protected] before we can correct the problem.
3) For the case of buyer dissatisfied with product only (no damage). Buyer returns at own expense. Once items arrive Paypal will be 100% refunded.
