No Return and Final Sale:

All sales made through Designer Dreams Booth are considered final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than in the case of damaged or defective items. Please carefully review product descriptions, images, and specifications before making a purchase. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us before placing your order. We’re here to assist you and ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Return and Exchange for Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before authorizing a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and the availability of the item.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a damaged or defective item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item for any reason other than damage or defect.
