Hi! Thank you for visiting Cometita! My name is Luis and I live in Mexico with my dog Momo and cat Cometa (yep, the store is named after her.) I’m a proud follower of Jesus Christ, a geek, animal lover, and a not-so-great but passionate musician. With Cometita I hope to create products that bring a unique perspective to the web and that you can enjoy using as much as I’m enjoying creating. Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping for the United States on all orders.

International Orders

We offer international shipping on most of our products. Please see the product page for international shipping rates and other details.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders shipping to the U.S. will arrive within 5-9 business days (after the item is shipped.)

International orders will arrive within 7-30 business days (after the item is shipped) depending on the country.

Please note that delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are possible and outside of our control.

Import Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country/state. Cometita is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (31 days for international orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please send us a message with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return policy

Full refund available for DOAs

If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with us within 7 days of product delivery. Cometita offers a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

Please note: make sure that the shipping address is 100% correct and make sure to choose the right color/size/design when you’re placing your order.

If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Cometita will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
