Shipping policy

Customer Service is very important so items are shipped 1 to 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Shipping charge includes either delivery confirmation or insurance, as stated in the description. On the other few where insurance is optional, I encourage you to purchase it. I cannot be responsible once your package leaves my possession at posting.

Return/Cancellation policy:
If an item purchased is significantly different than what was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hrs. from the date the property is received to notify the Seller and post the property back to the seller at buyer’s expense, insured for full purchase price. After 48 hrs. items are considered as is, without recourse. Upon such return, Seller shall refund to the Buyer the purchase price of the item and any state sales tax within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.
