Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Booth overview
I pour most of our items. Some are from a friend who had to close their store because of health issues. I am not a big business, it is just my husband and I and we do it as a hobby. We only pour a few times a year, if you want more of an item and we have the mold we can do that for you. But it might take a 6 to 8 weeks. Thank you for looking at our items.
Shipping policy
I give combined shipping on all multiple sales. If you feel you did not get the discount please let me know and I will refund any over payment. Bonanza does not catch all discounts. All packages are sent thru Pay Pal and a tracking number will be sent to you. If you do not get one please let us know and we will send it to you.
Also Bonanza does not show parcel post only priority mail. I will ship the cheapest way and refund the difference.
We bubble wrap everything and take great care in making sure you get your item in perfect condition. But sometimes unforeseen problems do happen. If this happens please let us know right a way and we will correct any problems.
