Thank you for visiting our booth. We are in business of selling original replacement remote controls, electronic repair parts and accessories and phono records. Our brands:
Denon, Emerson, Funai, Hitachi, Harman Kardon, JVC, LG, Magnavox, Mitsubishi, Onkyo, Integra, Panasonic, Philips, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, Sylvania, Toshiba, Vizio, Yamaha, Zenith.

Shipping policy

Generally all items ships in 24 hours. Most remote controls and some small repair parts are ship via USPS First Class Package with tracking. Bigger items or items with large quantity are ship via UPS.
All international orders to Canada, Germany, Australia and UK ships via USPS First Class Package International. Worldwide, Asia, Japan and Mexico ships Priority Mail International. Shipments to South America only by Priority Express Mail International. International shipments are insured.

Return policy

Replacement product available for DOAs

Returns generally are not accepted since this are repair or replacement parts with exception to 90 days warranty for remote controls.
Three days return accepted for phono records. Please, contact us for RMA. Return postage must be paid by buyer.

All returns requires RMA number. Items received without RMA number will be discarded and no exchange or refund given. Shipping cost is costumer responsibility ( we do not pay postage or reimburse postage).

90 days manufacturer warranty covers only remote controls with electronic part failure. Warranty will not be honored for abuse items, items physically damaged or with resemblance of liquid spillage. All returned items are inspected and if found defective will be exchanged. If item is found not defective we will ship it back to you after receiving payment for postage.

Every remote control and repair part is market with invisible paint. When you returning item be sure is the same item we shipped to you. If marking is not found no exchange or refund will be given and item will be discarded.
