Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Shipping policy
Most items ship in 1 to 2 business days however a few of my suppliers ship in 3 to 6 business days. See listing for shipping time.
We only ship within the continental USA. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes or APO’s. We cannot combine shipping and there is no local pick up.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsReturns are accepted within the first 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is damaged on arrival or defective. There is a 20% restocking fee which may apply.
We use multiple suppliers and everyone has a different Return Process for that reason you must contact us first to receive the proper documentation and instructions. A Return authorization number (RMA) and shipping label is required for all returns. Items returned without an RMA will not be processed.
