Shipping policy

The most important thing for us is that you are satisfied with your order!

Return and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days after receipt of an item and only if an item came damaged. In order to receive a refund/exchange you have to return an item back to us before we will issue a refund or exchange. We cannot do exchange for custom orders. Shipping costs on returned items will NOT be refunded.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for damages that caused by postal shocks, like antenna or legs of small beetles break that sometimes occurred during shipping. All our shipments are insured and you will need make a claim at USPS office to handle these type of damages. All claims can be made online and will require proof of damages.
