Shipping policy
All merchandise are shipped within 1-2 business days from cleared payment and are inspected thoroughly prior to shipping. We offer Standard Shipping with UPS and Express Shipping services through USPS Priority Mail. FedEx shipping services are available upon request to certain addresses. Please view Domestic Shipping policy included below for more information. Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to every order once completed. Delivery dates at the time of purchase are estimated and not an actual delivery date. Actual delivery date will be provided once the item(s) are picked up and scanned by the shipping carrier. Please note that all Express packages are subject to automatic signature confirmation at the time of delivery per USPS policies.
Domestic Shipping: Be sure to reach out to us directly, before an item is shipped, should any special shipping / delivery instructions be needed. Please note that USPS is the only shipping carrier in the United States authorized to access all residential addresses and PO Boxes. Due to some of these restrictions, packages addressed to the following locations will be shipped with USPS; PO Boxes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Army Post Offices, Fleet Post Offices, Diplomatic Post Offices, Wake Island Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of Palau.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide with USPS Priority Mail International for standard and express services. Due to import restrictions in some countries, we are unable to ship certain genuine exotic skin goods that are protected under the Endangered Species U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service. We reserve the right to review and decline any international order. Per strict policies, we will not falsify documentation such as marking a package as a Gift or Return and will also not change the purchase price of an item per the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection policies. Buyer is responsible for all customs taxes and duties which may be charged when a package arrives in customs facility.
Return policy
Partial refund available within 30 daysWe offer returns for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all items arrive securely back to our warehouse. The item(s) must be returned in original packaging and condition (unworn & unaltered). Buyer is responsible for return / exchange shipping expenses. We are not responsible for a return until the return item(s) arrive back to our warehouse location. We highly recommend using a trackable method, keeping record and ensuring a return package. All refunds are issued in full minus shipping expenses. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied at the time of refund. This also includes if an item(s) is returned back to sender for a bad address, not available for delivery or pickup. A restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied should an item(s) be returned worn, damaged and/or altered or wrong item(s) sent. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days after arrival.
