Shipping policy
All purchased items will be packed and mailed out on or before the next business day unless stated otherwise in the listing.
The USPS is our primary shipping choice for speed & price. We ship daily and have arranged for free pick-up from our home to ensure daily tracking and very fast delivery times.Cut-off time for same day shipment is 7:00am PST, although anytime before 3:00pm PST usually gets shipped out same day when we are home which does occur the majority of the time
. We strive to be the absolute model of shipping efficiency & speed in order to fulfill our end of the 2 party agreement between Buyer & Seller.
Return policy
Full refund available for DOAs Returns honored within 14 days of receiving item. We will pay shipping cost only if item is delivered damaged or not as described in listing. Buyer pays all others. We are trying to have the best customer service possible and appreciate every sale. If we can do anything to get a positive feedback from you let us know so that we can identify a mutually agreed upon course of action to address and solve the issue or problem.Booth fans
