Shipping policy

SHIPPING
- Purchases are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays). If you need your item rushed please ‘Contact Us’ for expedited shipping methods and rates.
- All items are shipped by the most economical method, usually but not limited to, USPS and UPS. UPS requires physical street address.
- Buyer pays S/H using the shipping calculator, furnished invoice or as stated.
- S/H includes delivery confirmation/tracking and insurance (on most items).
-Insurance is optional, required or included as stated. If insurance is not purchased, there is no refund, for lost, damaged, or for items not received. Buyer assumes all responsibility if no insurance is purchased.
- Signature confirmation is required on all items $150.
- We combine S/H on multiple purchases in the same transaction for the lowest possible S/H costs, unless otherwise stated.
- If purchasing multiple items just add to cart and the total S/H should automatically calculate. If you have any questions, or the S/H does not appear it calculated properly, then please contact us for assistance.
- International shipping is available, please contact us for rates to your area if not listed.

Return policy

We try to give detailed descriptions on all items, including photos for your buying decisions. If you do not see the info you are seeking listed, please contact us with any questions.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS AVAILABLE
- Unless otherwise stated in item listing, we offer a 14-Day refund policy on select items, subject to a 15% restock/return processing fee.

NON ELIGIBLE RETURNS NOT AVAILABLE:
- Refunds are not available for items listed as ALL SALES FINAL unless item is significantly different than described including photos.

RETURN/REFUND INSTRUCTIONS
- Buyer must contact us within 24-48 hours of receipt for RMA# return authorization.
- Return is at Buyer’s expense.
- Returns must be received within 7 days of the issuance of the RMA# in the same condition it left our store (ex. unopened, undamaged). New items that have been opened and/or used are not eligible for refund.
- All authorized returns for refund will be for original purchase price minus original S/H, restock/return processing fee, and credited back to Buyer’s Paypal account upon receipt of return item in it’s original condition, please allow 5-7 business days.
