Shipping policy
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient, customs fees and import taxes will apply in addition to your order and apply according to the country of destination.
Except in exceptional circumstances (stocktaking, holidays, etc.) or in the event of other delays in the post, BCBGProvence makes every effort to deliver customer orders within 5 working days in France and between 5 and 10 days to other countries, but will not be held liable for any delay as this delivery time is only a guide.
