Shipping policy

1. Please leave your phone number when ordering.

2. I will send you shipping notification once the item is sent. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign receipt of the parcel so that DHL won’t return the parcel for me. If this happens, I will not take the responsibility for it and there will be no refund for your purchase. No negative feedback could be left because of this.

3. Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

4. We ship worldwide except Israel. We do not ship P.O.BOX address.
