Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

Angelique was founded in 2005 with the philosophy that all women should feel sexy and beautiful regardless of dress size. The collection of size inclusive and plus size lingerie, hosiery and sleepwear is always changing to keep up with the newest styles and trends. Angelique is based in Denver, Colorado which means even the slowest method of shipping gets to the customer within 4-7 business days.

Our customers are our top priority, period. We stand by our products 100% and if you are not happy, we are not happy. Shipping policy

For your convenience, we offer a few different shipping options. All of our products are shipped discreetly in plain, FedEx, or USPS packaging. Orders placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same day if in stock. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping Options:

Free Shipping (4-10 business days)

USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days on average (not guaranteed))

FedEx 2Day (2 business days)

FedEx Overnight (1 business day)

*FedEx can not deliver to APO’s or PO Boxes

*FedEx 2nd Day and Overnight will require a signature by default upon delivery

International Customs:

International shipping times may vary slightly based on customs. Any fees incurred through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are required by law to fill out a customs form for every international shipment stating the package contents and value of each item.

Free Shipping:

We are happy to announce free standard shipping! Free shipping is only available for orders shipped within the United States and is shipped via USPS. If you would like to pay for a faster shipping option, please select a different option at check out. Returns for free shipping orders will incur a restock fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered based on the tracking number or delivery confirmation number. Packages will be left in your mailbox (if they fit) or on your door step if you are not home. If you live in an area that has had problems with deliveries in the past, please make sure you will be home to receive the package or have it delivered to a secure location.

RETURN POLICY

We firmly stand behind all of our products and take great pride in our reputation for quality and value. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return unworn items for a prompt refund within 30 days of the order date subject to the terms below:

Clearance/Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

When trying on items that included a panty or stockings, please do not try that part of the item on as we will not be able to accept it if it has been worn.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order was shipped with free shipping a 10% restock fee will be applied to cover the original shipping expense.

Returns received after 30 days will receive a refund in store credit.
Due to health regulations and the safety of our employees the below items may not be returned/exchanged for any reason:

Any item that covers intimate areas. This includes panties, thongs, g-strings, boy shorts, stockings, body stockings, pantyhose, tights, teddies and pasties. (This does not include matching pieces to sets as long as they have not been worn or detached from the item.)

Any item that smells of cigarette smoke or perfume

Items that have been worn/soiled or laundered (this includes deodorant stains)

Items with the tags removed

Items that have been exposed to animal hair

If an item is sent back in poor condition we reserve the right to charge a restock fee at our discretion or to simply refuse the return.

Please be sure to include the completed return section of your packing slip with the merchandise you are returning. Mail back with the shipper of your choice and we highly recommend you insure the package for the value of the returned item. Ask the shipper to provide a tracking number for your package so it can be traced if lost.
