For shipments leaving ItalianHandbags’s premises on Fridays, tracking numbers and tracking links will be communicated on Mondays.
Similarly, for shipments leaving ShopSmart’s premises the day prior to a statutory holiday tracking numbers and tracking links will be communicated the next business day.
Final invoice value exclusions: import duties, taxes and other country specific charges
Import duties, taxes as well as other country specific charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Return policy
Partial refund available within 30 daysItalianHandbags’s Commitment to You: If you are not satisfied with our handbags we will accept the return, no questions asked.
In order to facilitate the return the following conditions must be met:
1) the product must be in its original condition, intact aesthetically and functionally
2) the product must be complete in its original packaging
3) the product must have been purchased within the last 30 days
4) acceptance that the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser
If all conditions above are met email ItalianHandbags a request to receive your RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #).
Once the RMA # is received, add it on the form accompanying the return, then return the product.
Specify if refund or exchange is required.
Once ItalianHandbags will receive your return we will verify the condition of the merchandise.
-Return-Refund – we will refund the product’s value only, excluding shipping charges
- Return-Exchange – we will replace the product and ship the exchange to you free of charge
