Shipping policy
Shipping is via USPS. Standard Shipping for 3oz packages is $5.00. Shipping of same to any international destination is $20. Shipping prices stated are for first item, additional items shipping is $1.99 per item to same destination. If order total is $150 or more, shipping is free. Items ship out within 5 business days of purchase, and for US destinations are usually delivered within 10 business days. International orders take longer to deliver. Purchaser is responsible for any tariffs owed to their country on any international orders.
If purchase is via Ebay on an item I have listed here and on Ebay, then my Ebay shipping policy will apply.
Return policy
Replacement product available for DOAsIf any jewelry item is damaged upon receipt by the purchaser, then within 7 days of delivery please notify me via the platform’s email / messaging system. Please provide a picture showing the damage. I will arrange to have a replacement sent out. If a replacement is not available you will receive a full refund.
Please note that the following items are not returnable: Craft supplies to include sterling silver wire and beads.
I do not accept returns for the reason of “Buyers Remorse”. If you purchased an item and later decide you do not want it, I’m sorry but I will not accept a return on such an item. Also, the window of opportunity for a damaged item is 7 days and will only result in a replacement, not a refund.
I also do not accept returns initiated by parents where their minor children made the purchase. As parents, you are responsible for the actions of your children.
If any purchase is otherwise deemed by PayPal to have been fraudulent in nature, I will abide by PayPal’s decision after an investigation has been conducted. PayPal’s seller and customer protection policies will govern any such situations.
