Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Standard shipping:

Standard Shipping Policy : Ampsubsforless.com strive to provide excellent service. We provide free shipping on most of our products is just one of the ways we hope to provide excellent service to you our customers.

Carriers:
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) as our carrier to deliver our orders: being placed. Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Most merchandise is shipped priority mail (3-5) days or parcel post (3-7) days. Please allow extra time for packages to be delivered. Saturday, Sunday (weekend) and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes. Please ensure your billing address and shipping address is correct. Due to payments being received by PayPal we will only ship to the addresses in PayPal. If you would like us to ship to a different address please contact us immediately to make changes. We will not be responsible for merchandise being shipped to the wrong address. Please ensure that the shipping address is not a P.O. Box as the merchandise we ship will not fit in a P.O. box due to the size of most of our products. Shipping rates are based on the size, weight, and dimensions of the package also the zip code where the package will be delivered.

Return Policy:

Standard Return Policy on items listed as New (ONLY) 30 days return you may return merchandise listed as new that was purchased from Ampsubsforless.com for an exchange or refund, provided that the procedures and requirements are followed.
Call or email Ampsubsforless.com with information about the order such as order number, product and form of payment.
returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork, security stickers intact (all merchandise is sold with a security sticker attached, if for any reason the VOID shows. Photos of the purchased item MUST be submitted before all return is authorized. This is to verify that the item being returned is the same item shipped to the buyer. If a photo is not provided you the buyer may forfeit the ability to request and receive a return or refund.
Ampsubsforless.com will assume the merchandise was tampered with and you the buyer have forfeited the right to a return for a refund. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed. Your 30 days return starts form the dated the tracking number shows the merchandise was accepted.

Standard Return Policy on items listed as old-School, Closeout, Discontinued or Final Sale. Any merchandise listed by ampsubsforless.com as Old-School, Closeout discontinued or Final Sale is not valid for a return. Due to the limited availability of these merchandise in particular we are not able to accept these item for a return in exchange for a refund. There are no returns for old-school, Closeout and Discontinued merchandise.

Standard Return Policy on items listed as Used or Floor samples 14 days you may return merchandise listed as used or floor samples that was purchased from Ampsubsforless.com for an exchange or refund, depending on the availability of the product. Provided that the procedures and requirements are followed.

Processing Fee:
There will be a processing fee of 10 percent (%) will apply to the value of merchandise returned for a refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping cost.

Damaged Merchandise:

All packages are inspected for damage prior to leaving our warehouse. If your merchandise is damaged during shipment by the shipping courier, please contact us immediately as we must be informed within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt for all damage/shipping related claims. Damaged merchandise can be replaced with the same model only if in stock and available for shipment within the time frame allowed by us; however, a 10 percent processing fee will apply. The processing fee will only apply if you choose to return the merchandise for a refund. No fee will be assessed if we are permitted to resolve the issue by replacing your damaged merchandise.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping cost (the cost to send merchandise back to our store) is comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. If an item you received is defective, we will definitely replace the item with another one; however, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.

Replacement Terms:

We will send a product replacement for an authorized return following the completion of receiving and inspection at our facility. The replacement will ship within seven business days following our receipt of your return (excluding weekends and national holidays). We do not send advance replacements or replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. To receive a replacement quicker, you may place a new order for the same item (shipping not included), and we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned product (including shipping), upon completion of our return process.

Include in your package the reason for your return and the original receipt mailing slip or invoice. Remember, returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper’s responsibility (which is you when you return a product to us). It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to Ampsubsforless.com

Return Exceptions:

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been used, show signs of wear or have been altered in anyway will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Although our return policy is quite flexible on most items, there are some exceptions, as written below: Any product not purchased from Ampsubsforless.com Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered missing tampered security seals or otherwise unreadable serial number Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging any product that exhibits physical damage or abuse. Products that are not eligible for return for any of the above reason(s) will be sent back to you at your cost and expense. Shipping Policy Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 1-2 days Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

Carriers:

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders USPS and UPS. All order will have a tracking: A tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. The final checkout page will show you what the shipping costs will be. Unless free shipping is being provided by us.
