American Bronzes FREE Shipping within the contiguous US!

Our bronze sculptures are the most accurate reproductions of the original sculptures by famous artists of the US and around the world and are cast in the finest American bronze. Each of these works of art has been crafted to the highest standards by our experienced artisans using the time-honored “lost wax” casting process. All statues are shipped directly from our foundry’s warehouse in Southern California and will ship to you within 1-2 business day of ordering unless it is an item which needs to be made especially for you and in such a case we will inform you and give you an approximate date of completion. Our foundry is closed from Friday to Sunday, so any orders placed on those days will be processed on the following business day. Shipping policy

Important Notice:
When you’re shopping and comparing bronze statues here and elsewhere, remember to not only compare size and price, but also quality and origin… Many bronzes listed online are Asian bronzes which cannot be compared to American bronzes for many reasons, including quality and authenticity, e.g.: In the United States we have a minimum standard for bronze of at least 95 percent copper. Most Asian bronze sculptures are 55% copper or less: You may find cheaper but you won’t find better!

Shipping policy:
Most item(s) will be shipped out the same day if payment is in our PayPal account before noon, EST, or next business day after the payment is cleared unless otherwise specified. Larger statues may need to be made to order and in that case we will inform you.
Buyers are responsible for keeping their shipping address current on their Bonanza and PayPal accounts. We are not responsible for any problem caused by wrong or undeliverable addresses. Buyers pay the extra shipping costs due to wrong or undeliverable addresses including the carrier’s charge for return and our cost to reship the order. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes, we apologize for the inconvenience.
AMERICAN BRONZES RETURNS POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the received date provided it was not custom made. We do not accept returns on custom made items. All other returns are subject to actual shipping charges both ways and a 25% restocking fee.

If the item you received is damaged, or was sent in error, please contact us and we will organize a return, replacement or refund.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS / REFUSALS
Orders that are refused or rejected without prior approval may not be refunded or subject to restocking fees. Customers will also be responsible for any new shipping fees incurred because of the refusal. There will be no refunds for orders refused for nonpayment of Duties and/or Tax fees with international Orders.

CANCELLING ORDERS:
All order cancellations require a cancellation reason, must be in writing in an email, and we must be notified before item is processed or there is a tracking number. Once an order has been processed or has a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Any freight items, special order items, international orders, or items made per order may not be cancelled once order is processed even if there isn’t a tracking number available.

*Due to the unique and custom made nature of our statues, we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. All sales are final unless damaged or wrong item is sent. Buyer must notify seller of a problem within 24-48 hours of receipt. Jumbo, monumental, life size and heroic sizes are shipped by freight and require a phone number for delivery.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item due to damage or error, please review the complete details of our Return Policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply:

Damaged or wrong items may be returned within 15 days after the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order or ask for a replacement. While these items may be returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Customer must inspect all merchandise upon receipt and notify us within 24-48 hours if anything is missing or damaged. The carrier must also be notified within 48 hours of any shipping damage or no recovery can be made, photos are required. Returns accepted within 15 days for approved items unless otherwise specified, ONLY if all original packaging is saved and used for re-packing the product including all accessories and documentation that shipped with the product. Returns must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit including all accessories and documentation that shipped with the product and returned to the address shown on packing slip unless otherwise specified. Buyer is responsible for actual original & return shipping and associated costs unless item arrived damaged or materially different than what was ordered. All Item(s) must be returned unused and in its original condition. Credit for a return can only take place after a product has arrived in our facility and inspected. Upon receipt, a 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items that were not damaged, or not sent in error. Cancellations will also incur a 25% restocking fee. This charge is assessed to help defray the costs associated with receipt, processing, production, inspection, packaging, and paperwork processing to provide the credit and reenter into the inventory system. Our approval e-mail must accompany the return in order to assure proper handling and credit. We decline any responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during the return, so please be sure to insure the items. If product arrives to you with a defect or damage, we will replace the item or refund your entire payment. Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to any return. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs:

If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur the ACTUAL shipping charges both ways plus a 25% restocking fee.

Disclaimer:

Our digital images are as accurate as possible. However, different monitors & different lighting conditions may cause colors to vary somewhat and marble base colors may differ from photos, on newer castings they are now mounted on black. Bronze statues are handcrafted and hand finished. Color can vary and slight imperfections are normal as the hand finishing process adds character and authenticity to those items, no two statues are exactly alike and therefore each is one-of-a-kind. Baby, mini and medium sizes do not have as much detail as the regular and larger sizes, the larger the statue, the more details it has. All dimensions are approximate.

Miscellaneous details
