Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

A&G are excited to bring you new and different designs from the Far East, these can be cool, quirky, funny or just something you would not normally find elsewhere.

We ship direct from our suppliers to most countries with tracked shipping for your safety.

Shipping policy

At A&G we ship direct from our Far East suppliers through a variety of tracked shipping providers. We will provide tracking numbers once they go live and mail you if there are any additional notes regarding your tracking.

We only ship to the address provided when you checkout, requests to change addresses after payment will be politely refused and your order will be refunded. You are welcome to then re-order using the correct address. We do this to protect both ourselves and you the buyer from any issues.

If we do not have a shipping option for your country please get in touch and we’ll look at the shipping cost for you.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

At A&G we pride ourselves on making sure you have a great item at a great price. Sometimes there may be an issue with your order, these little things can happen and when they do we aim to make it right for you.

Our refund/returns policy is as follows:

Changed my mind:
If you have made a purchase and wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, we will need to make sure your item has not shipped, as long as it has not, we will be happy to refund you. Please note that due to time zone differences (We are in the UK so there will be a delay if you are in another time zone) your item may have shipped between requesting a cancellation and our receiving your message. If your item has already shipped you will need to wait for it to arrive and then return to us for a refund.

Don’t like it:
If an item arrives and for whatever reason you are not happy with it within 30 days please contact us for return details, you will need to ship your item to us in the UK for a refund. The item will need to be in resaleable condition, we know you may remove tags etc.. but any damage caused or obvious signs of having been worn will mean we cannot fully refund you.

Damaged or Wrong item on delivery:
If you find an item has been damaged in transit or the wrong item has been delivered, please contact us as possible with a photo of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong size:
All our items are provided with a size guide either in the images or in the description. Please use these rather than selecting based on your ‘normal’ size, if you have questions regarding the sizing please get in touch to help avoid issues. Wrong size items will need to be returned to us in the UK for a refund.
