Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Do you love photography and cool camera gear? I certainly do! I love not only shooting but collecting too. I am a professional photographer, shooting for more than 30 years and have worked in the business as an advisor and service technician / repairman. Because the supply (of photography gear-related items) is virtually unlimited, I peruse as many web sites (and other sources such as thrift stores, pawn shops, auctions and private sale listings), as I can searching for quality, collectible camera gear in fantastic condition (I sell no junk) so I can offer them to you at VERY fair rates. Compare the items in my store to any other. You’ll find that my items are in better shape, super-clean and more fairly priced than most. I take pride in creating images of each piece that not only look great but accurately convey the exact cosmetic condition. It is my sincere hope that you’ll never get an unexpected or unwanted surprise as you open the carefully packaged and prepared shipping container. Shipping policy

I love photography and I love photography gear. I am a seriously addicted gear junky. I’ll buy something, use it for a while and then re-sell it. I take pride in the items I offer. Although I do my best to discover everything about my items, sometimes I’ll miss a ‘deal-breaker’ issue. It doesn’t do anyone any good to blatantly lie about something. When I make a mistake, I’ll admit it and then I’ll attempt to make things right with you. If we are unable to make that happen I will cheerfully refund your purchase price upon return receipt of the item. Your returned package must be postmarked within 3 days of your original receipt of the item and must be in the same condition in which it was received. Everything is shipped with delivery confirmation. Returns are accepted only after we have spoken (email, etc) and made the attempt at correcting the issue. Shipping charges are never refundable. If I made the mistake, I will compensate you 100%. If you insist on returning an accurately described and functioning item, a re-stocking fee of 10% per item will be assessed. ALL shipping fees will remain the responsibility of the buyer. This is more than fair. I won’t be taken advantage of (can you tell I’ve been burned?). All that said, I have had a fantastic experience here at Bonanza. Not like at the ‘other’ auction site. Happy shopping!
