What's the latest marketing trend, you may ask? Videos! This has been a full-on video revolution year for marketers. 63% of businesses have started using video content marketing. Videos allow you to authentically connect with customers on a deeper level. They rise above Facebook and Instagram for their ability to build trust, and trust is the foundation of conversions and sales. To help you use this valuable tool, we are starting a promotion called "A Word from our Sellers."
Is it really worth it to consider using videos for promoting your business? The simple answer is yes, it's worth it. Not only because everyone's doing it, but because it's easy to do and can have a large impact. Shoppers love to support small businesses. 90% of consumers watch videos on their mobile which goes hand in hand with the increase in sales on mobile phones. It works!
It's your time to shine!

What to say?
You don’t have to be a professional videographer to make a video. We’ll send you video tips and script ideas when you sign up! We asked Judy from Blue Penny Lady to try out the process and share it. Here's her experience:
It was sooooo funny making the video. It took many tries, but here are a few tips if you'd like to learn from my mistakes!
Take One: I wasn't looking at the camera. I put a fingerprint dot on my laptop screen so I could tell where to look!
Take Two: I had dirt on my face from working outside. I got cleaned up.
Take Three: You could tell I was reading from a script. I taped the script to a cookie sheet and set it behind the laptop.
Take Four: My dog started barking. I put him in another room.
Take Five: The picture on the wall behind me was off-center. I moved to center it.
Take Six: By this time I couldn't stop laughing. I had to take a moment!
Seventh times the charm! Check it out:
Be right back- I want to go check out Judy's booth!
I want you to promote my booth!

what about those of us without a smart phone? Can’t Bonanza come up with a way to turn our listing photo into video?
Hi
That’s a good question. You don’t need a smart phone to make a video. I used my laptop camera and microphone and the camera software on the computer. If you have a desktop, you can obtain an external USB camera and microphone to make a video. Video software is easy to download and most computers have software on them now to make videos.
People dont want to hear my BS. They want to see the Trains I sell in the video. Go back and forth, headlights on, whistle blows. Me no, Trains yes.
Hi traditionalhobby! I think you’d be surprised, but you don’t have to make a video just like the one above. You can personalize it to fit you and your listings. You can talk about your booth while showing your trains, for example. Just have fun with it!
Do we have to show our face in the video?
Hi sentimental_treasure! No, you do not have to show your face in the video. If you sign up we’ll send you some tips and ideas to easily put a video together.
I do not understand any of this. Does this mean if I do not make videos I can no longer sell on line.
Hi irenesgallery! Oh no! Not at all. You do not need to make a video. It’s an opportunity to promote your booth, but not mandatory. Thanks for asking.
Soooper, you need to take the time to do this and give it a try!
yes, I think it will be fun!
That’s wonderful to hear Lartdo! Looking forward to seeing your video!
Good luck to the new panel! I’m sure a lot of great ideas will come out of it.
Thanks, VsgJ!
